refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that while we protect our business, we also respect and
value our customers’ satisfaction.
Digital Products
- No Refund After Download: All sales of digital products are considered final once the product has been downloaded. We encourage customers to carefully review the product description and any available previews before purchase. In exceptional cases where the product is not as described or there are technical issues preventing proper use, we will consider refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
- Abuse Prevention: We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances, but particularly in cases where we detect excessive return patterns.
Physical Products
- Return Conditions: Physical products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may be denied a refund or exchange.
- Restocking Fee: To handle returns of physical products that are not defective and are returned by customer choice, we may charge a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or tariffs for international returns. Refunds will not include any customs fees or international shipping costs.
